The length of a rectangular field is 75 meters. Its width is 15 meters. Mr. Contreras ran around the track 3 times. How far did he run?
75+75+15+15=180 meters(once around the field) multiplied by 3=540 meters.

180*3=540
Mr.Contreras ran 540 meters.
the perimeter of the field is 180 meters. 180 times the amount ran around(3) will show how far mr.c ran (540 meters)
