This blog is an interactive math classroom where my students will be engaged in answering questions pertaining to my lessons and post comments about other students' comments. This blog will serve as an online learning experience for my self and my students. Parents are also encouraged to participate by providing reflective comments about this blog.

What are the basic three rigid transformations? Give an example of each.
Reflection, Rotations, Translation... a mirror image is a reflection, the little hand on the clock is rotation, and translation is when you move a book from one place to another.
The basic three rigid transformations are reflection, translation, and rotation.
-When you look in a mirror, glass, or water, there is a reflection. -When you move something from one place to the other it is a translation. -When you're on the ferris wheel at an amusement park,it rotates.
